Software Engineering Manager — Loan & Account Origination Solutions (2021 – Present)
Sole tech lead for arc DX, owning technical direction, architecture, and delivery while staying hands-on in the codebase. arc DX is a white-labeled Angular / .NET consumer loan and account origination platform, live at 126 credit unions across all 50 states and DC. It serves 369K member sessions and 20.1M API calls per month and submits 50,639 applications - a 616K annual run-rate, one every 51 seconds - at 99.997% platform availability and a 99.685% submit success rate. Submitted applications flow to the arc OS, a WPF / .NET desktop application, where they are fielded by Credit Union representatives. Day-to-day spans UAT/PROD issues, architectural/system design, sprint team management, and talent acquisition.

Principal Software Engineer — Mortgage Origination Solutions (2020 – 2021)
Worked primarily on the Enterprise Sales Portal (ESP), a hybrid Angular application embedded in an MVC .NET Mortgage LOS, modernizing the loan officer origination experience with SPA oriented UI/UX and performance. The MLOS and related products were a massive effort involving over 100 developers, onshore and offshore.

Sr. Software Engineer — Enterprise Architecture (2019 – 2021)
Created a proprietary class-based styling system, Shared UI Library (modals, tooltips, grids, toasts), and modular Web Components leveraging Angular Elements (bi-directional chat, JSON form builder, admin portal), plus UI and API bootstrappers. Distributable via our private npm feed or packaged to run on any JavaScript-capable app, with zero third party dependencies.

Consumer facing web application for retail autoshopping, aggregating inventory from tens of thousands of US auto dealerships into a white label browsing and shopping experience for hundreds of Credit Unions. Worked the legacy application while building the modern Angular SPA ground-up reimagining, with a hyperfocus on performance, resiliency, and UI/UX.
